Carcinoma of the uterine cervix and genital prolapse are common diseases in underdeveloped countries, but their combination is quite rare. We report the case of a 70-year-old North African woman, menopausal, presented with post menopausal bleeding .On examination; she had Trachelocele, hysterocele, cystocele, rectocele and vaginal prolapse 3rd degree with a budding tumor of the cervix. A cervical biopsy showed poorly differentiated and invasive squamous cell carcinoma. The patient was lost to sight
